Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 to 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of waybill by courier service. Courier service will be Ram couriers, pricing subject to quotation of item being purchased with reference to size, weight, etc.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Rivonia Car Sound and Security is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Rivonia Car Sound and Security will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 1.5 % administration fee of the total value of item’s quoted/invoiced.
Radio's & Amplifiers - These carry a supplier backed repair-warranty, normally 6 months, while we do not swop out any faulty units, Rivonia Car Sound and Security will send the unit to the specific manufacturer for a warranty claim, this normally takes approximately 10 to 14 working days.
Speakers, subs and tweeters do not carry any warranty whatsoever.

Payment may be made via Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards only or by bank transfer into the Rivonia Car Sound and Security bank account (bank details provided on website), sadly Amex and Diners cards are not accepted.
