The Alpine S2-A36F is a compact 4 channel amplifier delivering up to 4 x 90 watts RMS at 2 ohms with Hi-Res Audio support and flexible system tuning.
The Alpine S2-A36F is a next-generation S-Series 4 channel Class D amplifier designed to deliver clean, efficient power for upgraded front and rear speaker systems. It produces 4 x 60 watts RMS at 4 ohms or 4 x 90 watts RMS at 2 ohms, and it can also be bridged to run 2 x 180 watts RMS at 4 ohms for more flexible installation options.
Built for modern system integration, the amplifier features Hi-Res Audio certification with frequency response up to 40 kHz, speaker-level and RCA inputs, automatic signal sensing turn-on, variable high-pass and low-pass filters, adjustable gain control, and mid-bass EQ. Alpine also specifies support for the optional RUX-KNOB2 remote control for channel 3 and 4 in bridged mode.
The Alpine S2-A36F is suitable for factory and aftermarket audio systems thanks to its RCA and speaker-level inputs. Automatic signal sensing turn-on allows installation in vehicles where a dedicated remote turn-on lead may not be available.
