The Hertz Cento CX100 is a two-way coaxial car speaker designed to improve OEM placement performance. It pairs a 24 mm Tetolon dome tweeter with a 100 mm SPP-M semi-pressed paper-mica cone and an optimized dispersion pattern for better off-axis listening.
Build details include a 25 mm woofer voice coil with an aluminum former, ferrofluid cooling for the tweeter, rotary high frequency contour tweeter adjustment, a high-density ferrite magnet with low-carbon polar plates, a three-spoke basket with a rubber magnet cover and an optional ABS grille with metal mesh. Intended for installation in factory speaker locations that accept 100 mm (5 in.) coaxial speakers and connects via standard speaker wiring.
