The JD400/4 is a four-channel Class D full-range amplifier delivering 100 W x4 into 2 ohms and 75 W x4 into 4 ohms at 14.4 V, bridgeable to 200 W x2 into 4 ohms.
It uses high-speed NexD switching for efficiency and low distortion, features differential-balanced inputs with switchable input voltage ranges, onboard 12 dB per octave high-pass and low-pass filters adjustable from 50 to 500 Hz, automatic turn-on via signal or DC sensing, LED clipping indicators for input sensitivity setup, and buffered pass-through preamp outputs. All speaker and power connections are located on the extruded aluminum chassis opposite the input controls for installation convenience.
The compact chassis measures 9.50 in wide by 7.50 in deep by 2.10 in high, requires 4 AWG power/ground wiring and a 40 A fuse, and is intended for use in 12 V vehicle electrical systems; professional installation is recommended.
