The RD500/1 is a 4-channel Class D full-range amplifier rated at 100 W x4 into 2 ohms and 75 W x4 into 4 ohms at 14.4 V, bridgeable to 200 W x2 into 4 ohms. It also lists reduced outputs at 12.5 V of 90 W x4 into 2 ohms and 60 W x4 into 4 ohms and bridged 180 W x2 into 4 ohms.

Built with high-speed NexD switching for efficiency and low distortion, the unit features differential-balanced inputs that accept line-level or speaker-level signals, switchable 12 dB/octave high- or low-pass filters with 50-500 Hz range per channel pair, input sensitivity controls with LED clipping indicators, buffered pass-through preamp outputs, automatic turn-on via signal or DC sensing, and speaker and power connections located on the opposite end of the extruded aluminum chassis from the controls.
