The JVC CS-DR693 is a 6×9 three-way coaxial car speaker designed to replace factory 6×9 units and provide fuller frequency coverage than a two-way coaxial. The design places dedicated tweeter and midrange drivers together with a woofer to reproduce highs mids and lows more accurately than single driver designs.
