This 8-inch subwoofer replaces the original subwoofer in the BMW and Mini models listed by the manufacturer. It is supplied as a plug-and-play kit that connects to the original speaker connector, and it handles 75 W RMS and 150 W maximum power with a nominal impedance of 3.6 Ω.
The driver uses a 2-inch (50 mm) voice coil, a sandwich composite cone, a rubber surround, an N35 neodymium magnet and an aluminium and plastic basket, with a listed frequency response of 37 Hz to 3,000 Hz. In listed vehicles with HiFi and Harman Kardon sound systems, the fitment position is under the front seats.
