The Sony XAV-1500 is a double DIN media receiver featuring a 6.2 inch anti-glare touchscreen with large icons and a rotary control dial for intuitive operation. It includes built-in 4 x 55 W amplification and an EXTRA BASS option to enhance low-frequency response.

For connectivity the unit supports WebLink Cast for smartphone screen mirroring and Bluetooth for hands-free calling and audio streaming. The receiver is rear camera ready and uses a compact rear chassis to simplify installation and provide space for cabling behind the display.
