General Delivery Information
We are based in Johannesburg but we ship nationwide.
It generally takes us 2-3 working days to process and dispatch your order after payment is received.
We do not deliver to Postal Boxes as our service includes delivery via courier (Door to Door).
Deliveries are made during business hours 08h00-17h00 Mon-Fri excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our couriers don’t give exact delivery times and will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Our couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery alternatively, the goods will be returned.
Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our bank account including in the event where proof of payment was presented.
Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day following such day.
Tracking numbers are provided AFTER the order has been collected by the courier company.
All orders are shipped as Economy. We do not offer express/overnight delivery as we are unable to guarantee that your order will be delivered in time due to external factors such as supplier delays, loadshedding, courier breakdowns, inclement weather conditions, etc. Should you require this option, please select “Pickup” at Checkout and arrange for your own courier collection.
Neighbouring Countries & International Orders
At present we are unable to deliver to addresses outside South Africa, you can order online and choose “Pickup” and make arrangements with your shipping or delivery service to collect on your behalf.
All orders and invoices are South African Vat inclusive. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country.
Delivery Times
For areas around Johannesburg including Pretoria Central, delivery generally is the next day from time of dispatch.
For main cities around Gauteng, delivery generally takes between 1-2 days from time of dispatch.
For coastal main cities in KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern and Western Cape delivery, delivery generally takes between 2-4 days from time of dispatch.
All other areas, delivery generally takes between 3-5 days from time of dispatch, depending on the delivery address.
While we endeavor to adhere to the times above, these times are not guaranteed and there might be instances where we are unable to fulfil the order in the allocated time. However, you will always be informed of any delays.
Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.
