The HELIX BT HD STREAMER is a stand-alone Bluetooth audio streaming module designed to add high-definition wireless audio to vehicle systems via optical digital connections. It integrates with DSPs and DSP amplifiers that accept optical input to enable a fully digital lossless signal path. The streamer supports Qualcomm aptX HD aptX AAC and SBC codecs for up to 24 bit 48 kHz streaming, features an optical input with passthrough and an optical output, Bluetooth 5.0 with up to 8 paired devices, a low-power standby wake function with approx. 3 mA consumption and optional hands-free microphone integration for calling.
