The MATCH UP 8DSP is a compact 8-channel amplifier with an integrated 9-channel DSP and ACO 32 Bit coprocessor. It uses Class GD technology for high efficiency and delivers 6 x 65 Watts RMS into 4 Ohms on channels A-F plus 2 x 90 Watts RMS into 4 Ohms or 2 x 160 Watts RMS into 2 Ohms on subwoofer channels G-H. The unit includes BurrBrown A/D and D/A converters and supports DSP features such as TuneEQ, RealCenter and Augmented Bass Processing.
Engineered for OEM integration, the UP 8DSP provides six high-level inputs, an optical SPDIF input (12-96 kHz), a MATCH Extension Card slot, a mono line output and a Smart Control Port. Smart high-level inputs use the ADEP.3 diagnostics protection. Configuration and tuning are handled via DSP PC-Tool 5 with Virtual Channel Processing for complex routing and automated frequency response correction using TuneEQ. The amplifier supports Start-Stop systems and operates at 10.5-18 V with temporary operation down to 6 V during crank.
