Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You can return items within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item has not been used, damaged, or altered.
  • You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as non-returnable during purchase.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Clearance or sale items.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@rivoniacarsound.co.za or Call/Whatsapp us at 082 565 0073 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Return the item to our physical store or via courier at your cost. Include all accessories and the original receipt.

 

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value or higher. Any difference in cost will need to be settled before the exchange is processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the Returns Process.
