The Connects2 CTSBM009.2 is a BMW steering wheel control and warning tone interface designed to allow fitting an aftermarket head unit while retaining factory steering wheel controls and vehicle warning tones. The interface preserves parking sensor audio via the included speaker and passes warning tones such as oil and washer fluid level, door open and seat belt reminders. It connects to the vehicle using the factory Quadlock (Fakra) connection and requires the appropriate head unit connection lead for the aftermarket radio.

The interface is compatible with BMW Business and BMW Business Professional head units on specified models and years. Voice assistant support is available with the SWCREFLASHER software update. For head units that support phone buttons, pick up and hang up functionality is supported with select brands including Alpine, Clarion, Kenwood, Pioneer and Zenec.
