The AudioControl Space Series SPC-10S2 is a 10-inch shallow-mount passive subwoofer engineered for tight installations where deep bass is required. It uses a fiber matrix injection molded polypropylene cone, a 3-layer high temperature voice coil former and an optimized thermal design to maintain clean low-frequency output. Power handling is specified at 400 Watts and nominal impedance is 2 ohms.
The driver includes a wrap-sealed rubber gasket and removable grille for protection in demanding environments. Recommended amplifier pairings include the ACM-1.300, ACX-300.1 and ACX-600.1 for single-driver systems and the LC-5.1300, D-5.1300 or LC-1.1500 for higher output configurations. Enclosure recommendations for sealed and ported boxes are provided by the manufacturer for best performance.
