The ES165KX2 is a two-way component speaker kit with two 165 mm (6.5-inch) woofers that have Kevlar cones and a phase plug for improved dispersion. It also includes M-shaped aramid-fibre inverted-dome tweeters for controlled high-frequency response.
The crossovers are configured for bi-amplified operation, allowing separate amplification of low and high frequencies. The kit is supplied with aluminium and mesh grilles and is intended for component installations where separate woofer and tweeter placement is required.
