The DCX170.3 is a 170 mm two-way shallow-mount coaxial speaker intended for installation in vehicle doors and other reduced spaces. It pairs a PEI dome tweeter with a Neodymium magnet to reproduce high frequencies clearly.
Construction includes a TPU surround, a copper voice coil wound on a Conex former and a built-in passive crossover that integrates the driver and tweeter. The 51 mm maximum mounting depth allows fitment where space is limited, in shallow-mount applications.
