The MATCH UP S4MB-CTR center speaker is a Mercedes-specific upgrade that provides improved sound staging and a homogeneous tonal balance compared with the OEM center speaker. It is engineered to match other MATCH UPGRADE components for coherent imaging across the front soundstage.
Built with car-specific baskets and connectors for streamlined installation, the speaker measures 99 mm installation diameter and 35 mm depth. Technical highlights include 60 W RMS / 120 W max power, 2 x 4 ohm impedance, 90 Hz to 20,000 Hz frequency response, 89 dB sensitivity and a coated paper cone. The speaker supports the Mercedes automatic emergency call function via a separate voice coil and is intended to work well with MATCH DSP amplifiers with center management. Includes one center speaker and an instruction manual.
