Thanks to its linear frequency response into extreme highs, the LM80 reproduces music with high resolution. System includes two 80 mm midrange drivers, 25 W nominal and 100 W peak.
The Blam LM80 is an 80 mm (3 inch) midrange driver designed for component speaker systems and sealed enclosure installations. It reproduces midrange and high frequencies with extended response to 25 kHz.
Construction includes a die cast aluminium basket, epoxy resin and glass fiber cone, butyl surround, long-life Conex damper, 20 mm voice coil with TIL former and a 55 mm x 10 mm ferrite magnet. Electrical and acoustic specs: 100 W max, 25 W nominal, 87.6 dB sensitivity, 3 ohm impedance, frequency response 100 Hz to 25 kHz, mounting depth 45.5 mm.
The LM80 is optimized for sealed enclosure volumes from 2 L to 30 L with a minimal required cutoff frequency of 300 Hz at 12 dB/octave. Supplied accessories include mounting screws, protective grill and user manual. OS80 sealed enclosure is compatible; available colors are light grey and matte black.
