The Blam S165.80 component speaker system comprises two 165 mm (6.5 in) WS 6.80 high sensitivity woofers, two TS 20 HR 20 mm high resolution dome tweeters and four external crossovers. The system is designed for component installations where separate tweeter placement and external crossover mounting are required.
Woofers feature a die cast aluminum basket, ultra rigid carbon fiber cone, IIR surround, long life conex spider, 28 mm voice coil with fiberglass former and an 80 x 17 mm magnetic motor; nominal power 60 W and max power 120 W. Tweeters use a 20 mm textile dome with N38H neodymium magnet and ferrofluid cooling. Crossovers include a 12 dB/octave high pass with adjustable tweeter level (+3 dB, 0 dB, -3 dB) and a 6 dB/octave low pass for the woofer.
