What it is: The Blam S165.85 is a 2 way component car speaker system that includes two 165 mm woofers, two 25 mm high resolution soft dome tweeters and two external crossovers.
Build and technology: Woofers feature die cast aluminum baskets, ultra rigid carbon fiber cones, NBR surrounds, long life conex spiders, 34 mm fibre glass former voice coils and an 85 x 20 mm oversized magnetic motor. Tweeters use 25 mm textile domes with N38H neodymium magnets, precision machined aluminum front plates and low resonance rear chambers.
Fitment and connectivity: Designed for 165 mm 6.5 inch component installations with separate tweeter mounting. System provides gold plated terminals and a BFX 02 adjustable 2 way crossover with a 3 kHz crossover point and adjustable tweeter level settings.
