The CarAV wiring harness connects an Alpine aftermarket head unit to a vehicle’s audio wiring, simplifying installation and helping preserve the factory loom. It is intended for use when replacing a car radio with an Alpine unit.

The harness uses an Alpine radio-side plug with color-coded pigtail leads for power, ground, and four speaker channels. Connect the leads by soldering or crimping to a vehicle-specific adapter or directly to the vehicle wiring as required.
