The Connects2 CTSBM005.2 is a BMW steering wheel control interface that allows retention of factory steering wheel controls when fitting an aftermarket head unit in vehicles without iDrive and without an amplifier. It connects via the factory Quadlock Fakra connector and is designed for BMW Business and BMW Business Professional headunits.
The interface is a plug and play harness requiring the yellow permanent 12V wire to be connected directly to the vehicle battery. It maintains original vehicle displays such as date time and temperature and supports phone button pickup and hang up in Bluetooth mode with compatible headunit brands. Voice assistant support is available via a software update with part number SWCREFLASHER.
