This complete single-DIN installation kit allows a compatible aftermarket stereo to be fitted in selected Volvo vehicles with a standard non-amplified audio system. It includes the fascia, vehicle interface and installation accessories required for integration.
The interface retains factory steering-wheel controls, phone-button functions and warning-chime or parking-sensor audio through an integrated speaker. It also provides speed-pulse, park-brake and reverse-gear outputs for compatible aftermarket head units.
The vehicle-specific harness connects to the original power and speaker connectors, while the supplied universal patch lead connects the interface to a compatible stereo. Professional installation is recommended, and the patch lead must be connected before power is applied to the interface.
