The FSP-8 is an 8-channel digital signal processor designed to integrate factory or aftermarket head units with multiway amplifier systems. It provides selectable high and low level inputs, an optical digital input and an auxiliary input for flexible source connectivity.

The unit delivers eight 3.4V preamp outputs to feed amplifiers and tune FLAX, K2 POWER or UTOPIA BE speaker drivers in complex system builds. The optical input supports 24-bit/192kHz for high-resolution audio paths.

Setup and tuning are performed from a laptop using Focal DSP Manager, a four-screen interface developed by acoustic experts to reduce setup time and access all strategic settings. A remote control is available separately.
