The Hertz HCP5D is a compact five-channel D class car audio amplifier designed to drive front, rear and a subwoofer from a single unit. It accepts balanced preamplified RCA and speaker-level inputs for flexible integration with factory or aftermarket head units and supports multiple filter options for varied system configurations.

Built with an extruded aluminum heatsink and optimized dissipation, the HCP5D uses balanced input circuitry, a multiple-winding power supply and low-ESR 105C capacitors. The amplifier features a by-passable crossover section with hi-pass, lo-pass, band-pass, subsonic and bass boost functions, an ART automatic remote turn-on option and compatibility with the Hertz HRC remote sub level control.
