This vehicle-specific multimedia receiver replaces the compatible factory radio position with a 7-inch 1024 x 600 touchscreen and physical side controls. Its Android 15 operating system, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage and 8662 octa-core processor support navigation, media and compatible Android applications.
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide access to compatible smartphone navigation, calls, messaging and audio apps. Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi, FM radio and steering-wheel-control support are included, while connections for an optional reversing camera and USB dash camera extend the installation. Optional cameras and dash cameras are not confirmed as included.
Designed for the BMW X5 E53 dashboard shown in the supplied documentation. The published application years conflict with BMW’s official E53 production dates, so the original radio, dashboard aperture, connector type, factory amplifier and required extension harness must be confirmed before purchase.
